Australia.

Press Release Body = Bangalore, 26 March, 2007: Leading Indian Fire Protection,
Security and Building Management Systems group Firepro Systems has taken its first
international step in the Asia-Pacific region today by officially launching its
Australian operations, headquartered in Melbourne.

The launch was officiated by Victoria's Minister for Information and Communication
Technology, The Hon. Tim Holding MP, at the Victorian Investment Centre.

"I am delighted to welcome Firepro to Victoria. Firepro's expansion here is
testament to Victoria's thriving IT sector, and their plans for expansion further
still means even better news for jobs and innovation in Melbourne," he said.

"The Victorian Government Business Office in Bangalore has undertaken a great deal
of the groundwork for this move and I am pleased to see the results already coming
through from that office, set up just last year," he added.

Firepro, known for its cutting-edge approach to fire protection and security,
specialises in the design, installation and maintenance of fire safety, electronic
security and building management systems.

The company has particular expertise in providing fire and safety solutions to the
ICT sector, and its extensive list of clients includes multinationals such as
Microsoft, Oracle, Motorola, Lucent and Intel. In Australia, the company will target
both the government and corporate sectors.

Speaking on the occasion, Firepro Founder and Managing Director, Mr N. S. Narendra
said, \"the establishment of a Melbourne office will be the first step in expanding
the business throughout Australia, New Zealand and the Asia-Pacific\". Australia
offers Firepro a strong market to launch its operations and is an ideal nation for
the company to expand its interests into other parts of the region. With the
assistance of Invest Victoria, Firepro will set about its task of becoming a market
leader in Australia\".

"Our aim is to expand across multiple Australian locations within three years, and
to have established offices across other Asia-Pacific markets within five years\", he
added.

Firepro has already secured a contract with the Victorian Department of Education
and Training for providing services required for the Department's hydraulic fire
safety program.

The company has successfully completed the upgrade of the hydraulic fire safety
system at an eastern suburbs primary school and is currently in the project
initialisation phase to upgrade similar systems in regional Victoria.

Firepro's decision to expand into Australia, and into Victoria in particular, has
been in part the result of groundwork laid out by the Victorian Government Business
Office (VGBO) in Bangalore. Opened in 2006, this office was established to
strengthen business networks between Victoria and India. Firepro's launch in
Melbourne today is tangible evidence of the VGBO's early success.

From its operations facility in North Melbourne, Firepro plans to employ 15 staff
within 12 months, across management, trade and apprentice roles. This figure will
increase as demand for Firepro services grows.
